Question about 1996 Chevrolet Suburban
For the most part door panel is held in by clips around the outside. In the center area there are a few screws definetly some located around the door handle. Good luck.

Your book should give you program options for the door locks If your fob wont work either you got a relay for the door lock bad it is located in the fuse panel push the door lock button and find the one that is clicking

Hello michelle...here are the basic steps for tank removal...
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Drain the tank.
Raise the rear of your vehicle and support it with jackstands.
Remove the clamp on the filler neck and the vent tube hose.
If equipped, remove the gauge hose which is attached to the frame.
If equipped, remove the fuel tank shield.
While supporting the tank securely with a floor jack (a 2 x 6 helps), remove the support straps and insulators.
Lower the tank until the gauge wiring, electrical connections and all hoses can be removed. The wires and hoses are not long enough to reach the ground, so watch closely.
Remove the tank.

usually the door arm rest has a bolt or screw in it and the rest of the panel should pop off with some force but becareful not to break panel stick aflat screw driver or a scraper under panel as you start to pop off panel

special springclip tool available at your local auto parts store is best those clips can be diffuclt to remove without breaking them good luck
