ok could be a few things.

Have you changed the inline fuel filter? these usually have paper filter elements and after a while can be clogged with moisture which blocks fuel flow. The fuel pump will still have good pressure but the fuel rail will lack the flow required and you may burn out an injector as its running too lean. Secondly, the MAF sensor, could be dirty, clean it with electrical cleaner.

I think its more likeylt the fuel filter blocked. Try and bypass it if possible, reset the ECU and try agiain

How do i know if my fuel pump is bad on my 1995

Well that could be a indication of a bad fuel pump, but it could also be a bad or clogged fuel filter, or even a really needing a tune up... When was the last time you changed the plugs and wires? before replacing these it's important to check if the fuel pump relay is activating first. most times this is the cause of age of the switches inside the relay. they are notorious for failure after the vehicle is 5 years old.
