You might have some water in your gas. Try using some starting fluid and put some "dry gas" in the tank.

Leaking water pump audi 80 2.6l v6

Grant, you need to check if the pump is ok with your model engine, not just the car model number, these cars were fitted with at least four
different engine variants that i am aware of.
i don't think you should attempt to fit it if you don't know at least that much, sometimes the cambelt has to be removed first, thats a whole
different kind of level of experise required.
good luck

Fig. The 1.8L cylinder location as viewed from the front of the vehicle. The firing order is 1-3-4-2

The above is for an Audi A4 from 1997. I didn't find an A3, unfortunately, in the U.S. market, on the Autozone.com website.

Misfire on number 2 cyl

Cylinders are numbered from front to rear (grille to firewall) passenger side: 1-2-3, driver's side: 4-5-6. Firing order is 1-4-2-5-3-6
Did you check by pulling #2 out while the engine is in idle to see no weakness from the engine? BTW your coil pack cost $80.

1993 build Audi 80-B4 2.6E ABC V6 engine. 1. Temp gauge intermittent - some say there was a generic problem with the contact on rear of instrument panel. Is this hard to access ? 2. Starts ,runs, travels...

Can you manually rock the engine by hand? If so then although the mounts look ok the rubber bushing are worn out. It is best to replace with factory ones as aftermarket polybushes will be too harsh for a car that is used as a daily driver.

Audi 100 wont start no electricity on spark plug

have you looked at the engine earth/ground cable, run another earth from the negative terminal to the body(wheel arch) and then to the engine block and try again. As you would know its a proccess of illimination and this was the most simple thing that came to mind. Let me know how it goes.
