2002 ford fiesta cigarette lighter not working. Required for sat nav can you suggest a solution?

I have a Ford Fiesta Vetec 1999 the windscreen wipers dont work. Have changed the Fuse but when I switch car engine back on fuse just 'pops; again.

First check the fuse for the lighter, if the fuse is ok then the wire has fallen off from the rear post of the lighter, it's a common problem just squeeze it with a pair of pliers and slide it back on, if it does not fix it go to a parts shop and buy a replacement and install it comes apart like opening a jar unscrew it counter clock wise and it will come off, it is 2 inches in length and has threads that long.
