2005 Toyota Corolla A/C compressor cycling problem.

My 2005 Toyota Corolla A/C compressor cycles on and off every five seconds or so. I just serviced my system and obtained 30 psi low side and 250psi hi side. A/C blows relatively cold. Any ideas why my compressor cycles on and off so often?

Could be low on freon. Or the cycling switch is bad. Hope this helps.

Maintenance required light blinks every time i turn on my toyota corolla 2005 and i had oil changed at toyota service station?

Hi, it is possible it may require other schedualed services and you are being reminded. However to reset for the oil change you need to have the key off. press and hold down the milage trip reset button and turn the key on. After five seconds the odometer reads "0000000" and the light goes off. If this does not reset then let me know. There is a longer procedure for reseting the other maint services required.

The yellow light in the top left hand corner of my Toyota Corolla Verso (2004) has come on - Why????

I believe it is the "SERVICE" light. Try this:
1. Turn the ignition all the way on.
2. Turn the ignition off.
3. Press in and hold the trip meter reset button.
4. Turn the ignition all the way on. I noticed the service button blinking
5. After about five seconds, turn the ignition off. Then release the trip meter reset button
6. Turn the ignition all the way on. The service light comes on and then goes off after a few seconds.

How do you replace the ac magnetic clutch on a 2005 corolla

Sounds like your A/C compressor coil is bad.I would suggest replacing clutch disc, pulley and coil or you can put a complete compressor assy. on which is a little more expensive.

Electricity is not reaching the a/c compressor.

If it engages when you bypass, it is not the magnetic clutch.
It could be a relay or the low pressure cycling switch. I would jumper the cycling pressure switch connector. If it runs, I would check to be sure you have enough pressure first with compressor running. If ok, change the cycling switch

Are U sore, that U must use freon in your cooling system?
I think the system use R 134 gas for cooling, with a special climate compressor oil.
