SOURCE: Crooked steering wheel on 2009 Pontiac G6

Yes it can be solved. All though your car may be in alignment how ever, they did not center the steering wheel prior to making any adjustments (it requires a little more work if you know what I mean), that's a part of the check list. You can fix by taken off the steering wheel but I recommend that you take it back and demand that they correct it. That's a prat of what you pay for when you taken in to get it aligned.

My 98 ford ranger has a crooked steering wheel

check to see if it takes the same amount of turns to the left as it does the right. if it dose then you will need to remove the steering wheel nut under the airbag/ steering wheel cover. (disconnect the battery for 15 min before starting to remove this with airbag fitted.) if turns are not even then the steering is not set in the correct line up and needs retracking to set back up.

How do I adjust the steering wheel 1999-2.8 z3

You mean that when you are going straight the steering wheel is not or do you mean up and down? if you mean crooked while driving straight this has to be corrected by alignment of the wheels.

Why is the steering wheel not straight as the car goes straight?

Because the car need a front-end alignment.
Here's how that works.
The steering wheel is attached to 2 tie rods (they go by different names sometimes).
These tie rods are then attached one to each front wheel.
There are at least 2, and sometimes 4 adjustments for these under the front of the car.
When someone does a front end "alignment". they will loosen all these joints and will set the wheel straight to match the direction of the car.
Over the years, these parts wear and the wheel gets crooked.
Be blessed.

Headlights not working properly and sometimes not at all

Look into replacing the headlight switch - I've changed this on two Civics in the last two months. Both had intermittent problems that eventually became permanent inabilities to turn on the lights. New headlight switches did the trick. Remove the lower steering column trim and you'll be able to unscrew the mounting screws for the switch. Let it drop down and dangle, unhook the harness from the back, and then install your new one in the reverse order.

My steering wheel shakes a lot when i go past 65 mph...what could the problem be and what do i need to do to fix it?

you need to inspect your front tyres for damages, you can start by changing front tyres with back, and test drive, if tyres look ok then have tyres balanced.
