Look for the fuse for the rear wiper motor is a 15 amp mini-fuse , in location # 8 of your POWER DISTRIBUTION BOX in the engine compartment. Check in the PD BOX for; - relay # 8 is the rear wiper down relay , and - relay # 10 is the rear wiper up relay .

Front Wiper Motor Removal & Installation
NOTE A new wiper motor assembly comes with the linkage arm installed.
WARNING Do not remove the wiper motor linkage arm from the wiper motor assembly. If the arm is removed, the wiper arms may not park in the correct location.
NOTE Use a suitable tool to separate the wiper linkage arm from the wiper mounting arm and pivot shaft assembly.

Can you hear the washer pump running when you operate the washer switch? The washer pump is in the bottom (side) of the washer fluid reservoir. You should hear it running. If not, you can disconnect the wire connector at the pump and use a test light to check to see if there is power and ground at the connector when you operate the switch. If there is power and ground, replace the washer pump motor. If there is no power or ground, you most likely have a bad washer control switch. (You have to replace the entire Multifunction Switch)
If you can hear the pump running, check for washer fluid pouring on the ground. If this is the case, you have a broken hose between the washer pump and the jets that spray on your windshield.
Also note that there is no way possible that your problem could be CAUSED by a fuse!

Ther are 2 panels that have fuses in it. I went on and gave you both (see below). this should be in your owners manual if you have one. If you do not and would like a copy of the owners manual for your vehicle, you can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your make, model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy. No worries there would be no cost for it. I hope this helps and good luck.
