Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

It sounds like the keep alive wire has either become disconnected or it was never hooked up. In most cases it is a yellow cable on aftermarket car stereos

the stereo locked up due to the anti-theft system on your car, you must of disconnected the battery and then reconnected it (power interuption) you should have a reset switch, or button, if not you will have to contact the dealer and get the lock out code. I hope this was helpful

Disc wont eject

sounds strange but what you need to do is disconnect the power to the stereo by either taking the stereo out and unplgging it or take the fuse out or dis-connecting the battery. (if its a code locked stereo make sure you have the code before you do this) wait 30 seconds then reconnect it, put code in if needed then press eject as the stereo would have been reset, a pain i know but it beats ramming a screwriver in the slot
