Have the switch tested for the seat and also verify the seat has power to the switch before you do any parts replacing. Power seats have more than one electric motor and it very unlikely that all would stop working. Go under the seat and locate the heavy connector that comes out of the rug and connects to the seat, using a 12 volt test light probe the connector and see that at least one of the heavy wires there is "hot", you may need the key on. If you find no power check owners manual for the location of the power seat fuses, they are likely under the hood. Good luck and hope this helped.
