Eng code p0016

P0016 fault is poor crank/cam correlation. In other words the signals the ECU is receiving from the crank and/or cam sensors isn't making any sense and this could be caused by bad cam timing, wiring, connectors or the ECU itself or by faulty sensors but as you have changed these, probably not.

Crank sensor

a faulty crank position sensor will do that along with a faulty cam shaft position sensor along with an immobiliser not getting the signal fro the key. Suggest you have the fault codes read before you spend big money chasing the problem.. have you checked the cam belt hasn't broken

Hyundai Tucson - engine loses power whilst driving, it does not cut out completely. Sometimes also struggling at idle

The drivability issue you describe has a multitude of possible causes. The best advice I can give you is that you take/tow the vehicle to the local/nearest Hyundai Service Department and have it properly diagnosed. Possible causes:
#1. Fuel delivery (Fuel Pump pressure, Injector(s) clogged/leaking)
#2. Vacuum Leak(s)
#3. Faulty Throttle Position Sensor (TPS)
#4. Electrical (Wiring)
#5. Faulty Sensors (Crank Position Sensor, Cam Position Sensor, Idle Speed Control Actuator, Faulty Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor, etc.)
#6. Contaminated Fuel
#7. Faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM)
Best advice, get is properly diagnosed.

My jeeps rpms drop and then it acts like it wants to die would this be the crank senser

problem could be faulty idle air control valve, stopped up fuel filter or weak fuel pump, the crank shaft sensor causes no start problems.

Crank sensor or ignition module. You said the fuel pump works but have you checked the pressure? Have you checked it for spark?
