1st check the parking brake. Are you in cold weather? If so then it may be a frozen drum. Otherwise you will need your brakes and/or wheel bearings checked out. Good luck!

Hit the back side of the tire with a hammer (preferably big) On the back side of the tire at the rim. Turn as you go. It will come loose. It is corroded at the wheel hub.

Turn whhel real sharp on 2005 ford explorer left rear wheel wants to lockundefined

If you have four wheel drive, turning the wheels sharply at a slow speed when in 4X4 mode can result in a wheel binding. The other possibilities are low lubricant in the rear differential, wrong lubricant in the rear differential if it has been replaced, or a bad differential.

2005 Grand Prix shakes at low speeds, it also does at high speeds but not as bad. Steering wheel does not shake. Front tires have been balanced and the rears have not been.

Sounds like you have a broken belt in one of your rear tires, or a bent wheel. This would feel like the car is rocking a little bit like a boat on small waves. You can check this out by lifting the rear tires off the ground a slowly rotate them while looking at the tread, if you see the tire really wobble or have a bump in one spot that's it.

Cant find the fuel filter on 2005 pontiac grand am

After 2004 most of gm's vehicles don't have a fuel filter any more. If it does have one it will be right behind the gas tank. It should be located and accessed from under the very rear of the vehicle in front of the spare tire well..
