Possibly a gas filter or fuel pump problem. Gas filter is pretty simple to change but fuel pump is inside the gas tank.

2 beeps when stopping or turning corners 1999 Durango also message check gauges. sometimes fuel shows empty when fuel tank is full and gauges shut down. restart corrects gauge problem

sounds like pcm. When this happens, does it restart right away or do you have to wait? If you have to wait, try wiggling the 3 connectors on the pcm ( located on the inner right fender under the hood). If you do this with the key still on, you should hear the bing again and the fuel gage should come up again. If this works you need a new or rebuilt pcm.

Good place to start would be to check fluid level and top it up as necessary, if light coming on when turning corners.

Wiring problem

Check the fusible links at the starter. One of them may be burned. You mentioned that it shuts down when you turn a corner. Check the wiring going to the ignition switch under the steering column, you may have a loose wire there as well.
