On my 1992 Buick Century the engine light stays on .Today had a new rear exhaust pipe and muffler installed.I also bought a new gas cap and put that on.After driving about 7 miles my speedometer started...

I'm not sure if your car is OBD1 or OBD2 for code readers, but disconnecting the POSITIVE battery terminal for a couple minutes should reset the computer. If the light comes back on then you need to get the codes read. If you live in the US then you can get the codes read for free at O'Reilly's or AutoZone. Go from there. also most auto parts stores sell smaller held help models for around $100, you can use yourself. then type in "92 Buick Century codes" on Google and you will be able to find a site that will give you the problem for that number. Hope this helps.

Turn on ac to auto then switchs to econ on its own and air blows warm

Mine did the same thing. Diconnect the Positive battery cable. Leave it off for about 5 minutes. Reconnect and your system will reset itself. Get in and watch the numbers cycle. Don't start your car until the cycle is complete. If it resets but reverts bach to the "econ" thing then you need to charge your system (Freon).

92 buick lesaber wont start. I have power to the car but when i turn the key, nothing happens, there is no sound, just the power turns on. Do you have any ideas whats wrong?

Sound like a possible bad starter you will have to check the starter to see if you have power to it. With a test light probe the big nut (positive cable going to the battery) it should light up you should be ok there since you have power in the car. Next while someone is in the car trying to crank the engine over probe the little exiter wire next to the big one you already have it should light up when you are trying to start the car, make sure that you stay away from all moving parts in case the car starts, if the starter just stop at a bad spot on the starter motor you sometimes can jar them loose by tapping on them with a hammer while someone is trying to start the car, again watch out for moving parts
Good luck

It could be a broken fuseable link in the battery cable, you can replace the battery cable the fuseable link is usually on the positive cable. It could be just a bad connection at the terminals in the front try cleaning both of them first with like a wire brush or 100-150 grit sand paper on the terminals metal surfaces.

Radio power will not stay on

Then you are saying the switches are part of radio? then the fault is with the radio, there is no computer that runs the radio. Pull the radio and send it out for repair through your local GM parts dept to a authorized GM repair facility, it is not user serviceable.
