Question about 1999 Chevrolet 3500
There is a make or break circuit between the fuse box and the computer that may have sprung. If you find the relay, there is a small small hole in it. You need a toothpick, put the toothpick in the hole and there is sort of a button in there. You will hear it pop like a spring going into place and then the indicators should work.
