How bad is the dent? If you're going to do it yourself listening to tau618 is probably your best bet. I would probably just get a professional to do it though. http://www.centralaveautobody.com/services/
If you want to repair yourself, I would start by taking the bumper cover off, then slowly warming the dent area (front and back of the cover) with a heat gun (careful as you could easily scorch). Then pressing evenly from the backside outward. Once the dent is popped back, let cool, then inspect for finish damage that may require attention.
Else, go see a PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) tech who can affix a pull to the outside and try to draw it out.

depending if its plastic you can remove the dent using a heat gun and a tap around the bump usually pop out. removing the bumper there are screws on the sides behind the wheel arch covers and 4 bolts around 1 foot away from the corners, if your model has sensors in the bumper they will need to be discounted. also any other wires that are they before you pull off the bumper.
have you removed the inner wing lining ? usually held in place by a few bolts/screws , just have a good look around ,may need washing off to get a good look
what year? if its older then its just 4 (on on each side) mounting bolts to the frame. if its newer its the same however there may be body screws to the fenders and any farings, also do not mess with it unless you disconnect battery/disable the airbags if its the front bumper and unplug license plate lights if its the back
These vans have a styrofoam bumper wrapped in semi-rigid plastic. When you dented the bumper you probably dented the styrofoam as well, so depending on how deep the dent is you may not be able to bring it back to normal.
The surest way to fix the dent would be to remove the bumper by unbolting it, then taking out the styrofoam and pushing out the dent.
Sure! pop the trunk and remove screws and screw covers inside, then look in the wheel wells for the remaining screw/clips. Lastly underneath, near exhaust may be a few last screws to keep from flapping. Just make sure to watch for any wires from rear cameras, or reverse sensors. You will not need to remove any of the foam behind bumper.
