I take in my jeep patriot for replacement for clutch kit, when i fetch it back my aircon blowing inside was very weak.what is the course?

no idea what kit means.
just the pedal actuator parts.?????
or did they pulled the whole transmissions. ??????

but for sure they left something loose.
this is common, if you work on cars... its a fact of life.
what does Air con weak mean?
air flow low
heater not hot
actual cooling weak week but flow and blower feel and sound OK.]
we could never guess, we/d have to look.
Some A/c need to be recalibrated after battery pull.
and is step one that battery pull.....(neg lug off, begin... etc)
why no ask them,
If they messed up. let them find cause, then lay blame.

Runs hot, radiator

Time to flush out the coolant with Preston radiator flush, Common for the Dexi cool coolant to crystallize causing the flow of coolant throughout the radiator, heater core and engine block to be restricted.
The Dexi cool is only good for up to 5 years or 150,000 miles which ever comes first with a 50/50 mixture, any other ratio will shorten the life of the coolant and promote cooling issues such as the one you are experiencing.
Flush out your coolant and replace your thermostat, ensure your coolant is 50/50 mix water and dexi cool. To much water and the coolant will boil over and to much coolant and the dexi cool will gel up causing poor coolant flow.
Thank you for using fixya and good luck

No hot air from heater, blower runs fine

The heater in your car depends upon a flow of hot coolant going through the heater core in order to get hot air into the car. If the heater core is partially plugged, it will restrict the flow. If you have a head gasket that is putting exhaust into the cooling system, it will eventually get into the heater core. When this happens there is no coolant in the heater core to make the air warm. If the water pump vanes have corroded away the result will be very poor coolant circulation causing the heater to not blow hot air. If your car is equipped with a heater control valve that is not functioning properly, the coolant flow will be restricted. One or a combination of these factors is likely the culprit in your case.

Since you state the 2 things you ruled out, that leaves only the water pump. Is the car running hot? The thermostat may be sticking as well... but im leaning toward the pump.

No dashboard heat output

The climate control was poorly designed on these cars.

There is only heat on the floor and defrost settings, due to the layout of the ductwork.
