I finish putting on the trany I starded it up then I turn it off then wanted to started up and now it wont crank or star what could it be

Is this vehicle manual or automatic? If you're not hearing any clicks from the solenoid or the starter, battery is good, etc. - there will be a small device on the clutch pedal - there's a little button that gets pushed in when you press the clutch - this is a safety switch so that you don't start the car in gear and lurch. When that switch fails - you're going to get absolutely zero response when you try and start it. In an emergency...You can take the two wires going to that start safety switch, splice them together and you're basically telling the car's system that the pedal is pushed down - just remember - if you have someone parked in front of you and you turn the key in gear - the car will start whether or not you're in neutral. If you answer with year, make and model - I can try and shoot you some diagnosis info to troubleshoot. All the best and good luck.

Car shut down directly after turning on and now wont stard we have found that one of the 20 amp fuses is blown could this be the problem on my ford taurus 05 model

Yes, it probably blew soon as you started the vehicle. It depends on what the fuse is for.
Try replacing the fuse, and see if that helps anything.

(if no fuses available, take a fuse of equal amperage from something you can live without (ie. radio, cigarette lighter) and try it in the spot of the blown fuse.)

hope this helps!

Put new battery ran for 5 mins and now wont stard

It sure sounds like a bad bearing in the alternator by your description. Back off the tensioner pulley just enough to remove the belt from the alternator. Hang the belt to the side with a piace of twine or a bungi cord. Turn the pulley on the alternator, it should turn freely and quietly. If it makes ANY sound at all or feels hard to turn it must be replaced. While you've got the belt loose turn the remainig pulleys and wiggle them to check for play. Change any idler or tensioner pulley that makes any noise or has play.
