Question about 2001 Ford F-350 Super Duty
I drove it all day no problem ,had it on the interstate for about 2-3 hours, came home and shut it off in the drive went out an hour or so later and it cranks but no start, so i started trouble shooting, and noticed there is a puddle of oil in the valley on the intake. I checked my ICP (injection control pressure) and it was oily and the plug looked bad. I changed the sensor (not the plug) and still no start. I checked the HPOP (high pressure oil pump) and it is full . I checked the motor oil and it was about 1 Quart low, and it never leaks. but it looks like about a quart or so is on the intake so I feel like what ever it is happened when I got home and shut it off. I have tack movement when cranking I have a WTS light working fine, I even get oil pressure when cranking. also some white smoke out of exhaust while cranking. The only other thing I can think of is the IPR (injection pressure regulator valve) Also I ran my hand under the Y part of the turbo and the big hose coming from the passenger side valve cover has some wet oil right by where the hose clamp is but it seems tight. Why would there be oil moving through there and is it supposed to , and any ideas why I cant get it started

Generally the computer is reading a problem with the fuel pressure being to high or to low. The ICP is one problem it could be and you changed it. The other could be Fuel pressure regulator control solenoid or problems with the injector (s).
