Question about BMW 535
If all windows are not working there could be an issue with the electrical system of your power window. Beneath the central control on the driver side door you could check if the cables are properly connected to the switches. If they are you can check if there is voltage passing through the wires. Others use a small 12v bulb to connect one end of the terminal to the car's chassis or ground to test for power or you can use a tester. If there are none flowing you may have a blown fuse. I am not sure if the central lock for the windows may cause this if it has gone bad.
Also a common issue when this happens are bad relays or have loosened up on their connections.
