you may have to involve the dealer. inside the glove box on right side may have some code #'s they will ask for to determine your security code.

the start points for entering the radio code are either when the radio says code or displays an error 1, 2 or such. once you enter the code it should beep once and turn on. It sounds like you are following the procedure though. Is it possible the audio unit was damaged?

Owners manual says leave it turned on for an hour and you'll be able to try entering the code 3 more times. get the SN off of the radio and call honda with your name, your VIN, and the radio sn.

if you do not have the code you will have to call the dealer. Its the only way other than searching online for someone independant but its going to cost you. The dealer may give it to you for free.
