Question about 2014 Nissan Altima
Pressed power, back button, nav map but nothing would respond when the radio/nav system locks up...but sometimes all selections happen at once after a minute waiting. The volume graphic moves, but the sound volume doesn't increase as it is turned up. Bluetooth sound not working and had a very loud buzz once that was deafening. Nav System reboots while driving. Very erratic behavior that is unpredictable. My 2014 Nissan Altima SL is only one month old :-(

The only thing that you can do is remove the unit and send it out to a factory approved repair shop, that is it no other choices.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

same this happned to me in my 2006 sentra. the volume for the radio is gone. i can tune, its just barely audible/ quiet. weirdly though it sounds perfect when playing CDs. i almost thought maybe it got switched in to mute mode or something. did you figure out your problem?

2008 Altima radio-the sound just quit working. Everything else seems to be OK. I can change the radio stations, but no sound. Is there a fuse that could be bad?
