Replace the ps pump, brake fluid is not a lubricant, your pump is scored, raise the van, block it, remove the sheild, belt and right axle, and remove the pump, you will have to flush the system with 4-5 litres of PS fliud only. GOOD LUCK, RDJRP

Testimonial: "thanks for the feedback, I figured the pump is gone , so it is not worth the efforts to seal eery detail"
Take one of your spark plugs out and look at the end of it where the spark is generated. If it is wet and smells like gas, then you have a spark issue, if it is dry and light grey, tan then you have a fuel issue. Find that out and let me know what you find.

it is best to remove the pwr st. pump and vaccum pump assy as a unit which is held to the front cover w/2 15mm head bolt and a support bracket on the bottom bolt next to the block @ the pwr st pump. and disconnect all lines. get the seal kit and replace them @ this time. if you don't and just replace the pump you will probably develop an oil leak where the shaft meshes w/ the adapter.
