SOURCE: 2006 dodge ram diesel won't turn over to start

Sir I can help you with this, I have all the service manuals on your truck and will provide anything you need, but this honestly sounds like a bad wire connection or ground on a primary battery cable. I would trace all my battery cables and clean every connection even the engine ground cable and the one at your starter. I will be glad to help you further, I can post step by step trouble shooting guides on your truck if you need them. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: location of flasher relay on dodge ram 1500 pick

The location of the flasher relay on a 1998 Dodge Truck is in the fuse panel which is located on the left side of the dash. It is accessable when the door is open. All you need to do is pull off the panel cover to expose the fuses, and the diagram on the fuse cover will show you which one is the falsh relay. The one on my truck is blue, and is about one inch square.

Hope that helps.

How to adjust headlights for a 2008 dodge ram 1500

Extra lights should be the same height as the main lights of the vehicle. They must go out when you dip the head lights so you will need a relay for this to happen. They must also be independently switched so that they can be turned off Adjustment ---the center of the beam should be do higher than main lights at 3 feet from the lights and should point slightly to the passenger side of the road

Headlights will not turn on, cant find fuses, everything else works

These fuses are located under the hood in a fuse/relay box. You may have a problem with the daytime running light module also. If the fuses aren't blown have this madule check.

Here's a link to a pdf file containing the headlight wiring diagram for your year model Dodge Ram 1500..
I can't help but notice that you say you've replaced the headlight relay? That's quite odd, because there is NO headlight relay on this vehicle- only a 40 amp fuse located in the power distribution box that sits behind the battery inside the engine bay.
The switch is notorious for burning out because there is NO RELAY on this vehicle, and there is a recall (#819) but this only affects 3500 models even though the headlight wiring is the same for 1500,2500 and 3500 model Rams.
Here are two more links that will help you troubleshoot your headlights problems.

Make sure that the fuse for the tail lights is not blown out. There may be a separate fuse for both the headlights and tail lights for your car.
