Did you check in the engine compartment.
If you go to autozone or advanced auto parts you can get a book for the car for about 15 bucks

SOURCE: low beams don't work

there is two things that could be wrong .. check under the hood for your power distribution box .. its black and 3 inches wide and about 8 inches long .. this contains your relays. and some fuses. on the inside of the lid it tells which one is which.. look for low beam relay .. if it is ok check your low beam bulbs and make sure they arent burnt out.. these two things should fix your problem .. or at least one of these should .. holler if you need more. SOURCE: Jeep Headlights not working. High beam works

had the same problem on my 92....check under the hood on the drivers side, towards the front, there is a "junction box" with all of the lighting wires connecting from the switches to the lights. My wires were all corroded inside,so I cleaned the ends and bought a new box from the local electronic supply store. The problem has not come back.

Cheers

SOURCE: My headlights on my 2000 monte carlo does not work

Day time running lights run low voltage to the high beam bulbs so it sounds to me like you need two new bulbs or you need to check the fuses and see if any need replaceing.

try the fuses or wire fuse links , the only other thing in the circuit is the wires broken or the light low switch is bad

No power to right side (PS) headlight low beam plug socket, new bulb, fuse is good. High beam works, blinker works, park light works. just no low beam and doesn't register any voltage on volt meter.

check low beam fuse when switched on if it has voltage registering across the fuse ,if there is voltage across the low beam RHS fuse then it is possibly a pinched wire from the headlight running back towards inside of the car

Lt. headlight low beam wont work after replacing the bulb.

I assume it didn't work before you changed the bulb either. You'll have to check for voltage at the bulb socket when the low beam headlights are turned on. If there is none you'll have to trace the wire back to where it splits from the right low beam headlight. If there is voltage there you have a problem with the new bulb.

High-low beams not working

Check for headlight relay and fuse. Some cars have separate circuits for head light flasher and normal high/low beam. From your description, I would suspect a bad connection to/from relay or relay itself.
