Shouldn't need a video or pictures. Perhaps the simplest thing (besides a battery) to replace if you have a basic socket set.
1. Release the belt tensioner using your 3/8" breaker bar or socket wrench by inserting the male end of your socket wrench into the free spinning side of the tensioner. There is a square hole that fits the square part of your wrench perfectly. Lift the tensioner as far as possible and slide the belt off the alternator, then gently release the tensioner back to past where it was sitting. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from your alternator, and remove the mounting bolt(s). And ouila! Done. Install is in reverse order. Just curious, are you SURE you need a new alternator? Autozone (or similar) can test yours while in the vehicle. Just FYI. Good luck.

PS - I am sure there are some videos on Youtube, but really it should be a very simple task unless the highminded engineers at Chrysler decided to reinvent the wheel and do it completely different from almost all other manufacturers for the past 70 years.

No... unless the soft plugs were corroded... you can probably get by replacing what is leaking.

If the plug was corroded ... it would be wise to replace all yje plugs. Rock Auto parts (kit) shows 6 block and 4 head sized plugs for your engine.

The are rubber plugs which can be used... bolted in turned with wrench to tighten... see url (link) and picture below.

Metalic SOFT PLUG unit installation can be facilitated by freezing the plugs and warming the engine block... (heating tool noted below). Also see the tool set for removing them... a MUST working in VERY TIGHT spaces,

Hope this helps.

Alrenator noises

probably needs new bearings. tolerances inside an alternator are pretty tight and if a bearing develops play things start to rub. in the beginning its now and then, depending on temperature or humidity, but later will become constant.

Toyota camry has engine code P0430 cat ineffiency. .We just had car repaired for evaporative leak codes > They replaced one of the evap sensors. now they are telling me a cat is bad

Bank 2 is in the front of the engine compartment (closest to the radiator). Sensor 2 is downstream (after) the catalyst. Follow the exhaust system down and replace the one after the cat. If you have an graphing OBD2 scan tool- graph both the bank 1 sensor 2 and bank 2 sensor 2 and compare their wave form. If bank 2 sensor 2 is cycling up and down more so than bank 1- you likely DO have a failed or failing precatalyst.

Speedometer doesn't work when car has been standing over night. when car has warmed up it works ok

chances are the vehicle speed sesnsor is playing up. Hard to test without a scan tool or diagnostic equipment. If available scan vehicle for fault codes and graph the vehicle speed sensor. If not i would take it to someone that can scan the vehicle and graph the vehicle speed sensor first thing in the morning. good luck

Battery dying

It is the alternator then. Dont take it to the dealer though because im sure they are charging you a pretty penny just to tell you there is nothing wrong. With a car this new I would not think this but there may be a short somewhere that is draining the battery but HIGHLY doubt it. Take the alternator out and take it to Schucks and have them test it.

97 firebird formula hard to cold start

Check the cold start injector useing a digital multimeter with a bar graph. Unplug the injector wires and insert the probes into the wiring plug, crank the engine and the bar graph should pulse if it does remove the injector and with the wiring reconnected and the injector held over a suitable container crank the engine and observe the spray pattern. If insufficient replace injector. This should be a starting point at least
