In most cars, the instrument cluster has a single grounding lead/wire. If either end becomes loosened, the cluster stops working. This happened in my 1998 Jeep, and I was not able to find the loose end myself, so I took it to the dealer.

03 silverado cluster went dead when battery went dead ,put new battery in and sill nothing ,can you help me

Do you own a professional type scan tool ? Would need to see if the instrument cluster can communicate with scan tool . That would be a priority . If the instrument cluster ,for some reason wouldn't be talking, checking power an ground for the cluster . Batteries going dead , changing batteries without a alternative power supply can cause modules to go to sleep permanently ! Battery Disconnect or Replacement Problems I'am not saying that's what happen to your's . 2003 to 2006 GM had cluster problems ! The solder use in the cluster caused silver migration , instrument cluster caused a drain on the battery overnight . Watch these videos !

My cluster panel does not work its got lights no gas, heat, rpm,or speed gage don't work

Try pressing and holding the trip reset button with the key on. After about 10 seconds it should tart flashing all 1s on the odometer. It will cycle all the way to 9 and the gauges will do a dance that resets them. If that doesn't work then in all probability the gauge cluster has failed. Usually it's bad solder joints in the cluster. If you know someone who has experience soldering have them reflow all the solder joints. It's also possible the servos that actually move the needles have died or the computer that drives them died

or just the cluster dies. or just cluster back lights in PARK mode.

2003 regal clusters flash on and off several times and dies

might be the crank signal sensor, try turning your key to the on position and all the lights on the dash should flicker on and off leave the it in the on position and go to the passenger side fuse panel and take out fuse 4A, the fuse for the CRANK SIGNAL , BCM, CLUSTER. if your dash stops blinking then its probably your crank sensor.
