Question about 2000 Kia Sportage
I have a 2000 Kia Sportage that will not shift into 3rd gear until the engine warms up. After that the trans shifts fine. Had the Trans oil power flushed, same issues.
When you had the tranny fluid flushed, did you have them do a tranny service? This means they remove the pan and replace the filter, flush it and then refill. They also clean out the bottom of the tranny pan where all the yuck settles. My GMC products also have a magnet charged filter in the bottom to attract and hold fine metal particulates.
