2000 Toyota avalon wont start replacing seals on fuel injector

If you replaced the inj seals you had to disconnect several wires and connectors.. go back tand look at everything you did. look for loose or not connected wires.. each injector has 2 wires.. one pos wire that provides the elect signal from the computer and the other wire is a ground wire.. these grounds are sometimes bunched and bolted to the engine.. make sure the grounds are connected and not coroded. test the pos side and make sure it is getting a single from the computer.. you can actually listen and you should be able to hear the injectors clicking.. If they ae clicking check your fuel pressure.. if the pressure is ok.. check for spark at the spark plugs.. Post a comment and let me know what you find..

Engine wont start after cleaning engine

Does the engine have a distributor on it ??? if so see if thats wet, you will need to clean and dry that out.

if its fuel injected take a hair dryer and aim it at the injector rail where the injectors stick into the engine and dry that a bit..

Every time it rains hard my car will turn over but wont start

You need a can of wire dryer and WD40.

I have the same problem on the same car.
I replaced the spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and when it's damp and wet my car would not start. sometimes if i try for 20 minutes it may kick in but doing so after a few rainy days i blew my starter. Now I just spray my wires and cap with the wire dryer and WD40 before it rains. And if it doesn't start and it's wet outside, use the wire dryer. I heard some people used some shroud to cover their cap, but i don't know what they used as it's close to the engine and I didn't want something melting.

Changed timing belt on 2001 kia sportage but still runs rough

I would check the connectors on the coil packs, spark plugs and wires and replace them if they at all seem worn or tired. My 2000 sportage ran rough so I replaced the fuel filter, coil packs, spark plugs and wires, cleaned out the IAC valve, TPS, throttle body and intake tube, tightened the screws on the fuel pump access door under the right rear seat and cleaned the ground wire and the contact surface and I added 1 ground wire from the block to the firewall and 1 from the valve cover to the firewall. Your timing is more than likely right where it needs to be but the ignition may be slightly missing from a bad coil pack, dirty or fouled plugs or a bad plug wire.

Wont start but cranks over

hello, if your toy truck's use gasoline(and its tank is filled with it) your problem lies in the ignition system. wet ignition wires from the distributor caps or to the plugs and even from the ignition coil itself. any moisture stagnant in this areas will surely stall your engine. i suggest you guys try pulling the ignition wires one at a time and wipe off any water residue. a compressed air zipping in between the high tension wire connectors is best and fast. hope my suggestion works for you.

96 accord ex wont start

Firing sequence is off or plug wires are not connected completely. check the firing order, to the plugs and make sure all connections are on (you will have to push down on top of boot pretty hard to get a good connection)

If it is turing over jump starting isn't gonig to help (you battery if fine unless you have drained all the power from it)
