Sometimes the EGR passages soot up and tone down the performance. Its not enough to generate Codes, but can cause your problems. If you take off the metal airhorn and inspect the EGR passages, removing the soot may help.

Have someone check the fuelpump pressure. Sometimes a crankshaft sensor or MAF sensor can give you low fuel pressure for the rpm your engine is running.

I own a 1987 Ford Ranger 2.9 V6 4WD. The fuel and ignition system is basically has all been replaced. A lot of other sensors and the ECM have all been replaced. I sometimes lose all power at times.

Who replaced the sensors and the ECM ? Lose power where ? Engine ? Voltage drop testing the electrical circuits is the correct way to solve intermittent problems like this . There are videos on youtube showing how to do it . Loaded circuit voltage drop testing ECM power and grounds , engine grounds ! You have unwanted resistance , bad or lose connection . Probably a main ground .

Ford focus keeps losing power when driving

Does it lose power and die? Does it start cutting out and then lose power? Does it start running poorly when it is cold or only after it warms up? Please give all of the information that you have.

Why did i lose power while driving?

Strange question. Not much to go on. However, I have seen cars lose power, when driving, due to a catalytic converter that is falling apart internally. It will begin to block the exhaust, and cause a severe power loss. The only other item would be something like a fuel filter.

Power steering failure v air con use

This is because the belt may be worn out or may not be tighten properly. The belt may be lose so that the AC stole all the power from the car. There is a little chance that the compressor may be in problem. If you don't have any idea about the compressor make it off.If you found familiar just adjust it to tighten the belt.
The power steering may fail due to the following reasons:
