Where is the fuel pump relay on Astra 02

Hello Darryn,

I'm no Vauxhall expert but I suspect it would be located in the under hood relay block.

Your local dealer should be happy to provide you with the components exact location.

Where is the fuel pump relay on 2005 astra 1.6 ?

most cars, (we dont have opels here, thank gosh)
but all cars, this is covered in the FSM , buy one.?

most cars it's located in 1 or the 2 fuse boxes.
most cars it even labeled. or is next to the Fuel pump fuse ,

better yet, why not post symptoms? and not guess the relay is bad.
in fact, if the pump has 12vdc across its pins, cranking, the relay is OK.
one test , in 1 minute with any voltmeter ever made and bingo.
a test done and parts , eliminated for suspicion..
this process is called diagnosis.
no guessing need,
we use simple tools to do simple tests and find true causes of all problems.

Where is the fuel pump relay located on a 2001 holden astra 1.8

The fuel pump relay is located under the hood near the battery.
Usually in a black plastic box. There will be some fuses and other relays in as well. It should be marked fuel pump on or under the lid.
Good luck. Replace with same relay.

Turn on ignition and car does not crank over, have bumped started it car ran fine battery ok, turned of and would not crank again no the problem lies between ignition switch and starter motor could it be...

It could be the starter motor itself, get a garage to remove it and check if it is working, if there would be a problem on the line the car would die after push start as the immobilizer would not allow it to run.

Replaced the starter but while the engine is on the starter wont disengage. Burnt up 2 starters doing this! I've heard it may need to Shimmed, or that the battery cables may need replaced... Anyone know???

Your Starter Relay, located in the Relay/Fuse Box/Panel is sticking and causing the Starter "Run-On".
Locate the Starter Relay in the Relay/Fuse Box/Panel.
The identification and location of the Relays/Fuses should be located in your Owners Manual, or on the inside rear Cover.
There are usually Relays in the Box/Panel which are the same Type (size and shape). Switch out the suspected bad Starter Relay with another non-engine Relay that is KNOWN to work.
Recheck the operations of both these functions.
If the Starter is not still experiencing "Run-On" and the other function is now malfunctioning. The suspected Relay is bad and needs to be replaced.
Let me know if this helped, or if you have additional information or questions. Feel free to contact me at FixYa.com!

95 taurus starter relay location?

I believe on the 95's, the starter relay is located within the CCRM (a large black box that is located next to your battery). The starter relay itself is not replaceable, you have to replace the entire CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module).
