There is a relay bank under the hood. According to TexasHonda In the 03-06 models, a single relay provides pax, RR, LR window motor power. Relay is located in the pax Multiplex Control Unit in the pax side foot well. If you have power to the pax side window, relay is probably working.
Sounds like a stuck relay, turning the keys off kills the power going to the relay unsticking it.
under your hood locate the fuse panel (or box what ever you'll like to call it). Under the cover of the fuse panel is a diagram showing you where all the relays and fuses are located. Locate the power window relay. buy a new one and replace it.

Hello i can assist you.Your window relays a re located under your hood compartment in the relay fuse cluster. You will need to look closely at the cluster relay name and location diagram if not displayed on the cluster cover you might have to refer to the owners manual for specs and diagram. However i recommend testing your fuse for your power windows located in side the cab of the truck. It was my pleasure assisting you in locating your window relay.John
usually power windows have a relay that sends current to the windows due to the high current flow that the switch can not handle.
So, the switch works through a fuse and when you activate the switch it sends power to the relay. The relay then closes and sends power to the window motor. Look for a relay either in the fuse panel or in the engine compartment fuse/relay ox. check owner manual for location.
Look under the Hood and Locate the Fuse Relay Box. Usually on the Drivers Side on GM Vehicles. Inside this Box is where the Relay is for the Windows. The Relay and Fuse Diagram is on the Inside of the Box Lid. Please Rate My Response! Thanks!
