Hi
rough erratic idle, stalls, loss of power, multi cylinders misfire.
1: you have to check the timing belt for correct timing.
2: if timing is OK check the EGR valve, could be stuck open.
3: check for vacuum leak
Good Luck

SOURCE: engine misfire code multiple cylinders, starts

There are quite a few things that can cause this.
Check your fuel pressure to start. 55 psi key on is good.
Also make sure it dosen't fall back down should hold at that psi with out engine running.
Aslo the intake's like to leak air around the gaskits which will cause a miss fire.
Aslo the mass air flow.

SOURCE: get multiple misfire codes. P0300 - P0303. If this

This could be a coil problem but i would start by changeing the plug wires and checking each plug.

What causes 2005 2.5l volvo to misfire and show code random multiple misfires i replaced plugs but no good

I would take it back and demand a refund. Could be the crank or cam sensors, an intake leak, faulty coil, or a list of other components.

2003 2500hd rough idle and hesitation o2 sensor and multiple cylinder misfire codes but seems to run ok under normal driving

Sounds like a defective knock sensor. These bring on multiple misfire codes with little change to performance. Check your oil level too, this can make knock detection codes come on unnecessarily. Hope this helped...

Multiple cylinder misfire

There could be a couple of reasons for this. If you are getting multiple misfires then usually it has something to due with the plugs going bad. It also depends on how many miles you have on the plugs and the wires. The other problem could be with the ignition coils or the ignition module.

Trouble codes for saturn ls2 car is showing the following trouble codes. po300, po306, po451 p2bo3 and c112b

P0300 Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected

P0451 EVAP Pressure Sensor Range/Performance

I have no idea what those last two are. Typo, maybe?

Your first two codes could be caused by old spark plugs and/or leaking plug wires.

Your EVAP code could be a bad fuel tank pressure sensor or a malfunctioning EVAP system. With that code, if you remove your fuel cap and get a whoosing sound, then it is an issue with your EVAP system not properly venting the tank. If you don't get that sound, then the tank pressure sensor is bad.

Random Multiple Misfire code

They could be related but, obviously, it could also be many other different problems. I would replace the evap solenoid and reset your codes to see if the light comes back on. If your CEL comes back on, get back on here and let me know. If replacing the EVAP solenoid doesn't fix the random misfire we will work through the steps to figure it out for you. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for rating my response and for using FixYa!
