SOURCE: ignition on a 1993 Toyota

Stick a 12 volt test lite in the coil negative side, it should flash while the engine crank's, it will be dim, more like a pulsing glow, if this is not present the Crankshaft position sensor may be defective or the wiring to it. Make sure to check around the engine for any damaged wiring, places where the eng moves the most or the harness runs over something.

this indicates Lost Communication with Power Steering Control Module (PSCM)
Check all fuses that power up the PSCM module on this vehicle. Check all grounds for the PSCM module. Locate where the ground attaching points are on the vehicle and make sure that these connections are clean and tight. If you have to, take them off, get a small wire bristle brush and baking soda/water solution and clean each one, both the connector and where it connects.

Where is the ignition modulator located in a 1984 toyota truck

Ignition "modulator"??? I assume you mean "ignition module" or "Ignition control module". If this is what you mean, it is mounted on the ignition coil assembly. Toyota refers to this part as "transistorized ignitor".

Where is the throttle body fuse on 2008 toyota rav4

There is no "fuse" for the throttle body. The throttle body gets all of its power and ground from the Powertrain Control Module. If your throttle body (or accelerator) is not functioning properly, you need to scan your PCM to find out why.

1999 Rav4 Idot now How set it to 4 weel Dr pleas tellme How

1999 Rav4 has a 2-Wheel drive option. If you have 4-Wheel drive (check with dealer) there is no need to set it to 4-Wheel drive as the 4-Wheel drive mode is controled by the Powertrain Control Module (On-Board Computer) as needed.

93 toyota celica gt. engine turns over but wont spark.plugs new wires and cap and rotor good, put ohms meter on coil and secondary output and is in specified range but have no power to coil.changed ignitor...

My experience with Bosch ignition system (found on european cars) is the spark control is sent by the ignition module. The ignition module has to receive an input usually from a crankshaft sensor. This is usually near the crankshaft pulley on many cars. I am currently working on a 04 Toyota RAV4 and it has exactly that. If your sensor wiring gets loose or a bad wire then the computer won't signal for spark. This may not be your problem but it sounds like it probably is.
(By the way on my Alfa Romeo it is a sensor around the bell housing that senses the teeth on the flywheel) Good luck!
