How do I change wiring on 1080 motor from ac to dc . And what do I use for speed control?

You can't. You buy AC motors to work from a mains supply, or DC motors to work off a battery. You can't alter the wiring to change one to the other.

Good alternator not charging battery in my 1984 toyota celica gts

How do you know the alternator is good?
You need a digital multimeter to check.
With car off check DC voltage of battery, should be over 12 volts dc.
Start car and measure again.
If alternator is good, dc volts should now be over original reading, if alternator is faulty battery is not charging.
If alternator is good you may have a dead cell in your battery, if so replace.
A give away of a dead cell, is that your original reading of dc volts is under 12V.

Well you need special tools to check fuel pressure. The filter, you will run into the same problem, tools. You're on the right track though,it probably is a fuel pressure problem. Another possible problem, based on it picks up & slows down is a clogged catalytic converter. Ask back if this doesn't help.
