Horn does not work on 1999 plymouth breeze any suggestions why?

Need to check for either a 12V feed at one of the horn terminals with an assistant pressing the horn button. May be an earthed switch so if no 12V then switch your multimeter to resistance (ohms) and check same wire/s for earth when assistant presses button.

I got a 99 Plymouth Breeze and it wont turn over. It will act as if it wants to but it doesnt. The Battery is still good but it wont turn over. any help on this.

check your ignition fuses and make sure the ground and power prongs on the battery are not corroded and tight, also it that does nothing tap your starter lightly with a hammer to loosen it if it wants to roll over. its your starter....

My 1998 Plymouth Breeze is getting too hot. Could it be because of a problem with the cap of the tank.

doubt it ,more like the cooling fan not coming on ,try starting engine then turn A/C on and the fan should start ,if it does then it will work for now but you will need to change the either the temp sensor or the ballast resistor ,if the fan doesnt come on when you turn the A/C on then take it straight to a garage and to get it their put the heater on full heat and the blower fan on ,this will keep the engine cool so you can drive it to a garage

Did they make a plymouth breeze in 1999 without a/c?

yes there is alot of cars that was ordered without A/C and if you do not have a compressior under the hood or a little button to push that says A/C your car probably did not come with it

Air Conditioning Low Pressure Line

The high pressure one is the closest to the A/C compressor. Therefore the one near the firewall would be the low pressure (behind the engine)

Why do u wanna know this since u can't fill it up urself?
