SOURCE: keeps blowing fuse for fuel pump and injectors

It could be the pump, a bad injector or damaged wiring thats shorting to ground. If it's a bad injector it should show up as a DTC (diagnosic trouble code) on the computer. A bad pump would most likely show up as more than one DTC for different cylinders. For damaged wiring you need to do a physical inspection. If the car has been wrecked then the chances of damaged wiring really increase.
Another thought that just came to me. If you've had the car worked on and it involved disconnecting the injectors, it's possible that the seal fell out and moisture is causing a short at the injector.

What would make my fuel injector fuse blow in my1993 chevrolet caprice?

Could be a grounded wire. Fuses usually blow when there is an overload or when a 'hot wire' is being grounded somewhere. Check all the wiring at the injectors and try to trace back to the wiring harness.

You may have pressure in the system, but the system will only work properly within a narrow pressure range - too low or too high will cause problems. Have the fuel pressure checked over several operating conditions (pressure too low is usually the pump or a rubber connector in the fuel line collapsing under high engine load, too high is usually the regulator).

I keep getting a P0300 diagnostic code on my 1996 chevy corsica what could be the cause for this

its a random misfire if it had a number at end instead of 0 e.i. 1 that would indicate number 1 cylinder misfired/ but 300 with no other codes can be multi reasons check spark plugs and wires--coils--clogged injectors--fuel filter--fuel pump--bag gas(water) partial clog cat converter these are a few but best to start with plugs &wires

93 chevy corsica. problem is after startup gas just pours out of the throttle body intake as the car stalls - probably half o cup of gas pours out. Is an injector stuck open? any advice?

Yes, most likely cause is an injector is stuck. The real problem is that you are removing the oil from the upper engine and it's protection with this issue.
Fix it forthwith, and when done, change the oil...it has been diluted by fuel...
