A/C Blows cold air at night and in the morning

It blows cold air before and after the heat of the day, (I live in Texas). During the day it just blows air, i have recharged the low pressure valve with about 30oz. of R-134a freon, before the recharge it wouldn't blow any cold air at all, i wanna now if its a leak or a sensor/switch or if it might be something more serious, I just need a list of troubleshooting items, thank you.

Why 30 ozs? If you had to recharge, you need to find out where it went. Look for the leak. You may need to evaluate /purge the system as air may have entered the system if you have a leak in it.

My 96 accord had the same prob. if you don't have a leak you need to make sure
of that first if no leak and not over charged ( my 96 accord holds 22.9 ounces of 134 )
anyway the fan on left side of motor was bad I replaced it and it works great.

If you've added almost 2lbs of refrigerant and are still losing refrigerant you most likely do have a leak. Try recharging again with the leak detector can of R-134A with UV dye in it. Invest in a refill hose that has a pressure gauge included to ensure you don't overfill the line (can be more hazardous than under fill). Best of luck to you.

When a car sits in the hot sun, it takes more chilled air to cool it down. I'm sure the temp of the air coming through the vents is the same temp, just appears to be working better at night because the car is cooler. Air in the line will cause the AC to work poorly (or not at all). It wouldn't work better at night than in the day for the reason stated above.
