Have someone put a fuel pressure tester on the fuel rail and check the pressure then post the results. Also give more information as to the exact problem and anything you have checked.

You need to get past the "seems" part and do some testing to verify with facts. Otherwise you may "seem" to fix it, but won't!

It could be several things. The chepaest and easiest is the fuel filter. This is located inside the frame rail on the same side as your gas tank. Replace that, takes about 10 minutes. Unless you have hardlines you will need clamps to pinch the lines so gas doesnt run everywhere. If the fuel filter doesnt fix it could be your fuel pump.

'93 polaris trailboss 350l What are the symtoms of a bad exciter coil? The manual says it should read 120 ohms tester reads 115 ohms is there any leeway in the reading, or must it be exact?

115 ohms is less than 5% of 120 ohms. That part of your check is OK.
If it cranks on starter fluid, your problem is fuel related. Stopped up fuel filter. Dirty carb.
Hesitation and lack of full throttle are symptoms of lack of fuel to engine.

Fuel guage fluctuates truck seems to lack fuel and sputters

you may have a bad fuel pump or a bad injection pump, here are picture of the two, as far as the gauge you may have a bad fuel sending unit, this is in the tank and work like a toilet float and sends a signal to the gauge, the injection pump and fuel pump are located on top of motor you would need to have the preasure checked on both before just replace them hope this is helpful.31a2121.jpg22edc2f.jpg

When I come to a stop my Sequoia stalls. When I put it in neutral or park it starts right back up, but as soon as you shift into gear it stalls. If I increase rpms then shift into gear will drive and...

Stalling is normally caused by a problem with
A) Lack of air - check your air filter
B) Lack of fuel - the fuel filter/fuel injectors get dirty
C) Lack of spark - inspect your plugs & wires
Might want to try cleaning the throttle body. Every 30k miles they should be cleaned.
Best bet however is to take it to a reliable, licensed mechanic. Vehicles 1996 & newer can have diagnostic codes read by a computer hooked up to the vehicle, identifying the problem.

Lack of power

for starters: check clogged fuel filter, check fuel pressure, check for dirty air filter, and check for spark in spark plugs.

Power seems to be lacking

seems more likely you have a tune up problem... or maybe the timing belt is about to go and it is causing it to run slightly out of time.
How is your fuel millage? how many miles on it? 4.3Liter , right?
