Sounds like a classic new fan clutch, very common problem with Trailblazers and Envoys. Sometimes updating the software in the PCM will work. I would try changing the fan clutch or change it again. Worked for me, I got a lifetime warranty clutch. Just rip it out and replace. Clicking/ticking gone. Our fan clutch has many design flaws. Get the newest one you can.

Sounds like a lifter hasn't pumped up . Put an additive in the engine oil that quiets noisy lifters. Any auto parts store or even walmart has it.

Your air temp control blend door actuator is failing, that is the part u call a heater door, it is a gear driven miniature drive, the gears are jumping teeth making the noise, it will stop working very soon.
