Question about 2001 Honda Accord
My heater does not want to switch off so air conditioner can cool. Can it be the circuit board? (electronic??)
The rod that attaches the heat controls is out of place or broken and isn't moving the flap. Could be on the control end on the dash or the other end and/or could be a vacuum line fell off in this same area behind the controls.

You are correct! If there is no air coming out no matter what setting you have it on, this is caused by the blower motor being burnt out.
Have a good one!
