First locate the fuel tank then from there two small fuel lines head towards the front one of them will be connected to fuel injectors which is return pipe leve it as it is. Other one is the main pipe which goes through water seperator, fuel filters, speed pump, automizer pump and then to injectors.
Just remove pipe and blow air to clean, drain water, replace filter if cloged and also clean fuel tank if you find more dust inside the pipes or filters.

Do not forget to fasten them and remove air (airout) before ignation.

Feul problem

Lots of things could cause a no-start, Hendrik. Is your "Check Engine" light on? If so, please have someone get the OBD error codes from the car's computer.

Does it crank but not fire?

If it doesn't crank, check the battery condition, battery connections, ground connections to frame and engine block, starter solenoid, starter motor.

If it cranks, doublecheck your fuel pump installation. Make sure the new fuel pump is properly connected and properly electrically grounded. Look for a fuel pump fuse. Check for proper fuel pressure at the fuel rail, check the fuel flow rate. Check for spark, check or replace spark plugs, distributor cap, rotor, plug wires. Check valve timing, replace timing belt or chain if necessary. Check compression.

Fuel not get into engine

Do you have any pressure? First thing to do is check fuse for the pump. Make sure you're getting power and ground to the pump.

2005 jeep wrangler sport,4.0l petrol,,sediment light iluminated,no sediment filter can be found in line on feul except that is on bottom of electric pump in tank, engine cuts out when revved under load but...

Not sure if the version you have there is the same as in USA but you should have a filter/regulator combo on top of the pump assembly.
Checking fuel pressure and volume with your finger is not accurate. A difference of 8-10 psi can make a big difference in how the engine runs!!!
Your best bet when doing diagnostics is to get a repair manual and follow test procedures and values they list. Your problem may not be fuel related at all...testing will reveal that. Always do electrical tests after the battery is fully charged and all fuses, grounds and connections have been checked.
As I can't do the testing from here, I'd be looking first at the throttle position sensor and MAP sensor as both have an influence on fuel delivery.

YES. YES and YES. All cars have a Fuel pump. The filter is located in the fuel line between the tank and the engine.

Wont start has feul engine light on feul pump is ok so is the filter can anyone help me

Assuming that you have already checked to make sure there is fuel in the car, you should have the car checked for a possible vacuum leak. If its not a vacuum leak, it could be the injectors getting clogged. As I've told many others with fuel system problems, have a fuel pressure test done. This will likely answer the question of what the problem is.

Changed feul pump feul filter changed computer. Van still shutdow

this could be a number of problems, check the voltage with a volt meter, not a test light at the fuel pump connection. make sure you have 12V,if so unhook the fuel supply line, turn key to ON not START, and make sure the pump will continue to flow,( obviously cqatch the fuel with a pail,or put a hose on it to pump it into a pail, don't let it leak all over the place.)if the pump continues to flow with out shutting off, your pump, filter, and electrical for your pump is could be a restriction in the return line,or the regulator may not be functioning.un hook the return line as close to engine as possible, install hose on it and route to a pail to catch fuel, with supply line hooked back up,start van and see if it works,if it keepd shutting off, you've now eliminated return line problems.check the regulator.

Engine not getting feul

try cleaning out the carb, check the fuel filter, clean out if neccesary, if you dont have one, which you probably wont on the 1980-88 models, just go buy one from a hardware store and put it on your fuel line.

1995 buick lesabre shuts off while driving, engine runs smooth and then shuts off,,it restarts without a problem,,,,what could be causing this. i have checked my battery connections and they are fine.

Plugged fuel filter. There are two - one in the tank and one in the fuel line. Probably the one in the fuel line so change that one first.
