I have a 92 ford bronco 5.8 that keeps back fireing through the intake and sending flames out the exhaust. Not only that but the exhaust manifolds are glowing cherry red and it has no power at all. This is...

The back firing makes me think that when you put the new dist. in you got it one-half a tooth off. I would bring #1 cyl. to the top and remove the dist. cap and be sure the rotor is pointing to #1 in the firing order.

Plugs are not firing on left bank. Replaced dist. wites plugs and the dist. itself

Are you sure its not a fuel issue? If you replaced the Dist cap, Rotor,Wires,Plugs and the main Distributor, spark should not be an issue. Unless the coil isn't producing enough juice to fire all cylinders. I would replace the coil.

Goes to start and quits already replaced fuel pump checked for fire out dist and coil and have fuel pressure

This may sound strange, but, disconnect the battery for about 20 minutes and then reconnect it. This will reset the computer. Also, check the battery voltage and make sure it is above 11 volts.

Not getting fire to plug wires. I have replaced coil pack, module, dist pickup, and cap. I have tested and have fire to dist but nothing coming out. This is an 86 2.8 comanche 4x4 w/ 4 barrel Holley carb...

You have spark on the coil wire but not coming from the cap. You replaced the cap right. Did you replace the rotor too. Sometimes the rotor burn in the center and the spark goes right thru it in to the distributor shaft.

No start

When you change out the Distributor, you need to change out two other things as well. You need new spark plugs, and spark plug covors.
