Question about Acura RL
I got in my car this afternoon, started up then as I'm turning the wheel the horn starts to beep a few times until it's a constant horn beep. So I moved the steering wheel a lil to see if it would stop but it did not. So I pulled the top of the front plastic cover up and out a lil with my fingers and it relieved something so that the horn didn't blow. I checked fuse next and it was fine but car won't drive without that fuse(of course). So I have to take this to a mechanic if I don't get some insight here. Any idea what's happening with the actually horn button in the front steering wheel?
Sounds like the "spring" below your button has become misaligned - but I am only guessing. Not sure how to fix it. If you are willing to take a chance on possibly breaking the cover or the switch, try prying off the cover and seeing if it is fixable yourself with some superglue or epoxy cement. There are junkyards out there you can go practice on too. Usually charge a dollar to go inside. Take some tools and play around. Might learn some cool stuff too. Good luck.

SOURCE: ENG CONT FUSE BLOWS CONSTANTLY
check the wire harness to the ecm... which is located under the radio... if you , like I , live in a wet / snowy climate... the water /ice from your boots melts and collects near the harness. Maybe it corroded a wire and is causing it to short?

SOURCE: constant horn blowing
Very possibly the horn relay. This is located in the left junction block ( fuse panel) on the left side of dash. Open driver door and you will see a panel cover on the end of dash. On the cover it should list the position of the relay which I believe is on the right of fuse panel. If you try the horn and it sticks on again, try tapping the relay, if stops then that is the problem.

Check the fuse for your blower motor if it is OK the Blower Motor may be bad or you may have a loose wire to or from the it have it checked if fuse is good
