My dodge caravan has a miss. Can u help?

Hi Ray, concerning your miss while turning, the advice I have is to check your wiring into your coil. Sometimes dirt or a loose wire will do that. Always have your car in park and disconnect the negative cable on your battery. hope this works for you!

Blue smoke indicates engine oil being burnt, sounds like piston ring are knackered.

I have missfire in #4 cylinder 2000 doge neon

I'm not sure that is a valid trouble code for your car. The code for Dodge is for a wastegate solenoid which is normally used on turbo engines.
The miss could be ignition, fuel, or something mechanical.

2004 Acura TL hard to start and wont stay running.

When I first read your question I would have automatically said it sounds like your timing belt is off one or 2 teeth and honestly that can still be the problem. But after reading more of your question it's become more and more puzzling. I would make sure your car was not a flooded car. After Hurricane Katrina I saw a lot of these types of problems. Cars that have been flooded with high water levels can do all kinds of crazy thing. From water getting into places it shouldn't. Such as your PCM (Powertrain Control Module) and other electrical modules. I would have a vehicle car history done by someone I trusted to make sure. It could possibly have a savage title. Hope this helps.

What is the code P1451 solution? Runs great, codes P1451, P0171 and P0174 are coming up and the engine light is on. Car needs to get inspected but codes need to be fixed.

P0171 - System too Lean (Bank 1)
P0174 - System too Lean (Bank 2)
P1451 - EVAP Control System Canister Vent Solenoid Circuit Malfunction
I'm afraid I don't have enough info to tell you how to fix the P1451 but I'm certain it's the cause of the other two codes.
