Sorry but if the fork is lose you need to remove the transmission and replace the fork . I will suggest to buy clutch set and replace everything.

I have an 02 nissan altima if my clutch fork is worn will it still move in and out when I press the clutch also ifit does will it stop the car from going in to gear

if your have a worn clutch fork in the pivot point of your fork it will not work .to test it , just take hold of the fork you will feel if it is loose.but to fix it means taken off the gearbox .but than if that is done change the crankshaft seal and the clutch .but before that is done check for codes in case it is your gearbox having low oil.

Good for you for fixing it! IDK, maybe a shifter fork was a little sticky and worked its way loose. As a precaution, check the level of your transmission oil.

No tension on clutch peddle

That sounds like it could be... I'm assuming the bearing slipped off of the fork, and that would give you this condition, see if you can look in through the rubber boot at the fork to see this.
