Sounds like your drivers door module either fried or lost power, if you can get it scanned it should come up with a trouble code, or if your inclined, you can check the connectors on the module for the switches and make sure they are in all the way. just gently pull up on the trim around the switches starting at the rear of the trim, 2 clips hold it in place, it should pop out, then you can check the connectors

Check fuse #10 in the rear fuse panel. If fuse OK, try switching passenger side control module into driver's side. Also check for broken wires in wiring harness that goes between body and driver's door.

I own a 2006 trailblazer LT the electrical controls on the driver's side are dead and the door bell does not ring and the interior lights do not come on. I can not control nothing by my door controls. ...

It is possible that the connections got loose or was disconnected. Inspect also the fuses for the nonworking items. If none of the fuses are blown you will have to inspect the controls on the driver side. You would need screw drivers including a flat one to pry open the panel. Cover the flathead scew driver with a rag to avoid scratches.

Below is a link for an 07 trailblazer. The 06 and the 07 share the same wiring system.

Problems WithChevy TrailBlazers
ElectricalProblems
Some of the mostcommon problems with the TrailBlazer involve the vehicle's electrical systemand accessories. Many drivers have experienced problems with the dashboardgauges, including the fuel gauge, speedometer and "check engine"warning light. Additional electrical problems include power automatic doorlocks and windows that fail to work or operate intermittently. These problemscan be difficult to diagnose as they can result from anything from a faultybattery to problems with the wiring or other electrical components.
Read more: Problems With Chevy TrailBlazers ' eHow.com A fuse contains a thin metal bridge between two terminals. When too muchelectrical current is drawn through the fuse the bridge melts, breaking thecircuit. This feature prevents damage to electrical components and limits thepossibility of a fire. The Chevrolet Blazer utilizes small fuses to protect thevehicle's wiring harness from overload. These are typically plug-in blades, notthe glass-barrel fuses used in older vehicles.
Location The fuse panel ona Chevy Blazer is located on the driver's side of the firewall beneath thedashboard. Some later models may be equipped with a fuse panel cover. To removethe cover, pull the retaining clips loose on each side and lift the cover fromthe panel. Replacing a Fuse Locatethe fuse you believe is burned out by its label or use the owner's manual as aguide. To remove the fuse, you may need needle-nose pliers; don't put too muchpressure on the fuse or you could crack the casing. Examine the thin metalstrip between the two terminals. If it is broken, scorched or deformed, it mustbe replaced. Read more: Fuse Box Instructions for a Chevy Blazer ' eHow.com

Sounds like either the drivers door controls have gotten damaged from either water or a rogue softdrink. Try swapping it with a known good one, i.e. junkyard tested or ebay. Unless you feel comfortable taking it out of the door and testing it with a multimeter.

Electrical problems 2005 trailblazer

First check the fuses in the fuse panel! If this does not correct the problem then start looking for a bad ground located under the hood on the left side of the engine block as well as on the fire wall. I do not believe that these are interconnected problems. Since the problem is apparently one sided I would look also at the ground located by the fuse panel to make sure it was not accidently loosened by kicking it when driving.
