I replace the evap emission but i still have the codes po440,po446,po441 what the next step.

Check all the vacuum lines especially around the intake, make sure the are all attached and there is no cracks in them.

My 2000 has codes po171 po300 po 463 po480 what

P0171 =system too lean (bank 1)
P0300 = multiple misfire
P0463 = fuel level sensor circuit high input
P0480 = cooling fan 1 control circuit

Which solonoid do I fix on a 2000 Impala Evap System (code P0441) The vent solonoid or purge solonoid?

you see code po441 the purge solenoid could be faulty or disconnected. if you have problem with evap switch to vent solenoid you would smell gas fumes in vechicle.check make sure gas cap on tight not leaking because it will set off code po441.

My 2001 toy,corolla showed a code of po171 so i changed the oxygen sensor then showed po300 , the car hesitate on excelleration but if you back up a little on the throttle it runs fine like the cat is...

P0171 is a lean code. Most common cause for this is a vacuum leak. The cat would throw a P0420 code. Don't mess with the cat. The P0300 code is a random misfire code. Look for a vacuum leak first.

Have 2000 Buick Lesabre custom every time car gets up to operating temp. the engine misses going down the road , also let car sit and idle and it shuts off after about 2 minutes , my code reads PO171 system to lean bank 1, changed co2 censor, mass air flow censor, plug wires, and plugs.

There is usualy a problem with the Delta pressure feedback system when this code is present. Its usualy mounted near the egr valve and most times will have two silicone high temp vacuum hoses connected to it. First make sure the hoses are connected, is so try replaceing it to solve the problem.

You could have a intake / exhaust leak or a problem with the the AIR system, MAF/VAF sensor, fuel pressure/pump, or injector(s), HO2s (oxygen sensors)
