Sounds like shift cable broke or you lost the plastic clip that holds the cable in place.

2002 chev trailblazer locks in park and locks key in ignition, vehicle will not start or turn over?

Sounds like you need a new ignition switch, not the one that the key goes into, but the actual ignition switch....it's black and it's located on the bottom of the column. Pretty easy job, and is common to go out.

To remove your key....your year had a hole in the plastic, on the bottom side of the steering column, just below the key......some may have been filled or not done at all. Some have an outline of a hole that can be drilled or cut out. Either way, this is an access hole to the solenoid to remove your key. Press this in and your key will come out.

Radio wont turn off after key is removed and open door. After some time it turns off by itself. Also batt light comes on when I turn key to off position. Power windows still work as well as power locks....

I have the same problem. I found that the stick shift wasn't locked in park possion. Once I locked it and turned the key to off the radio turned off.

Trailblazer 2002, trans vent hose discharges some oil

This is not an issue, if the transmission was even a little bit over full, or got pretty warm pulling something it will blow a little out the vent. It's going to continue to drip until the excess oil is gone, but it won't hurt anything, other than staining your concrete.

My chevy Trailblazer is stuck RUNNING,My ignition wont turn off?

Try to move the steering wheel back and forth. If that don,t work try to disconnect the neg - side of the battery. this will at least kill the engine.
