SOURCE: where is bank 2 sensor 1 oxygen sensor on a 2001

In a V6 or V8 engine the driver's side cylinders are one bank and the passenger side, the other bank. I would imagine "Bank 2" is the side without the the #1 cylinder on it. The sensor is screwed into the exaust manifold which is bolted to the cylinder head. "Sensor 1" denotes it from the downstream (post catalytic converter) sensor(s), which is referred to as "Sensor 2"

Hope helps.

the front sensor is sensor 1
the bank 1 sensor is closest to #1 cylinder.
if you dont now where #1 is, then stated engine.
or post a photo.
or say how many cylinders you have.
the FSM covers this
as does alldata.com

This code indicates that the fuel/air mix entering the engine is too lean. A major cause of lean mixture is ingress of un-metered air into the inlet plenum. Check all vacuum lines, injection seals and the inlet plenum to cylinder head seals. If you suspect a leak, have the engine running and spray the affected area with WD40 spray. If there is a leak the engine will race for a moment as the flammable fluid penetrates and ignites.

Yes. Left and right is determined from when you are sitting in the car. PO134 is o2 sensor insufficient activity. Bank 1, sensor 1. If you somehow got those wires switched, that would probably do it.

Cheek eng, light is on and it is giving a code po134 but the car is run good.

when the ceck engine light is on you will almost never feeel any difference in the way the car feels or runs your code indicates the following

O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected Bank 1 Sensor 1
You should replace the O2 sensor that is in the exhaust manifold or exhaust pipe just off the engine and before the catalytic converter.
