I have a 1987 cougar rx7 with 5.0 motor if their is a vaccum leak around the valve body and the gasket is bad well it cause the car to hesitation at high speed

Yes. A vacuum leak pulls extra unmetered air into the intake manifold, which leans out the air/fuel mixture. A lean running engine can cause hesitation.

2002 Chevy silverado, at speeds of 60+ mph, it feels like the transmission slips or it sputters(hesitates), but only at high speeds

Are you certain that it is the transmission and not the engine misfiring? I would recommend scanning your onboard computer network to BEGIN proper diagnosis.

Have a 2009 f150 4.6 3v. when at high way speed i

it's probably the a/c compressor engaging on the belt. check the belt tension. and check if this happens when in defrost mode as well.

Bmw 3.0 x5 hesitation problems

sound like throttle position sensor.have it check out.also check air duct connected to mass air flow sensor and throttle body.if air duct is loose or off.it will cause severe hesitation.
